Meltem Müftüler-Baç participated in a panel on European foreign policy on the 28th of May 2014. The panel was organized by the European Institute at Bilgi University. She delivered a talk on "EU Enlargement as a Foreign policy tool".

Emre Hatipoglu was invited to give a talk at the conference titled "Looking Southeast: Providing Fresh Impetus towards EU" at the Center for EU Enlargement Studies, Central European University. The event took place in Budapest on the 28th of May, 2014. His talk was titled "EU and Turkish Foreign Policies: A Broken Relationship?" The program of the conference can be found here.
