Practical Information

Location
The workshop takes place at the Zuse Institute of the Freie Universität Berlin. The campus is located in the south west of Berlin in Dahlem, which can be reached from the city centre by taking the metro line U3 to the stop Dahlem Dorf (for further information on public transport in Berlin, see the bvg website).

Reception
On Monday 31 August, following the final talk, there will be a welcome reception in the foyer of the Zuse Institute.

Social dinner
The social dinner takes place at die Feinbäckerei, Vorbergstr. 2, 10823 Berlin at 19:30 on Thursday 3rd September. The closest metro stop is U-bahn Kleistpark on the U7 line, which can be reached from campus by taking the U3 to Fehrbelliner Platz and then changing to the U7 (direction Rudow). All participants are invited to attend the dinner which costs 20 euros (to be paid in cash during the registration). The menu for the conference dinner is available here.

Accommodation
We have a limited number of rooms reserved in hotels and guest houses on campus, if you would like to take one of these rooms please email before the 30th of July.
