	Latest news  The fourth CEL/ELC Conference THE ROLE OF LANGUAGES IN THE EUROPEAN HIGHER EDUCATION AREA will be held at the Handelshøjskolen i Århus (DK) on 26 - 28 June 2003  The  project proposal for TNP3  has been submitted to the European Commission on 1 March 2003 On 23 July  2002, the European Commission informed us  that the Renewal Proposal for Year Three of the project has been selected.
