Research interest

I am interested in applying ideas from quantum information theory to thermodynamics and the theory of quantum many-body systems. I mostly focus on relating quantum mechanics to the foundations of statistical mechanics and thermodynamics. Recently, I also became interested in the holographic approach to quantum gravity and its relation to quantum information.
