However, they clarified the conditions necessitating a sitemap (yay!): <q cite=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/2004\/WD-WCAG20-20040311\/#navigation-mechanisms\">documents greater than 50,000 words or sites larger than 50 perceived pages<\/q>. They admit that this isn&#8217;t a very clear requirement: <q cite=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/2004\/WD-WCAG20-20040311\/#navigation-mechanisms\">What&#8217;s a perceived page? What if it&#8217;s a voice XML application? How does it apply to Web applications?
