Somehow I haven&#8217;t noticed this before knowing who the director is: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm0001175\/\" title=\"IMDb entry for Blake Edwards\">Blake Edwards<\/a>, who won this year&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oscars.com\/oscarnight\/winners\/win_33159.html\" title=\"Edwards' acceptance speech\">Honorary Award<\/a> Oscar. He is the director of many notoriously funny movies, including <em>The Party<\/em> and the Pink Panther series starring <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm0000634\/\" title=\"IMDb entry for Peter Sellers\">Peter Sellers<\/a>.
