This morning, Dr. Meier sent me the link to <a title=\"Encountering Urban Places \u2013 Visual and material performances in the city\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/Encountering-Urban-Places-Performances-Re-materialising\/dp\/0754649296\">our book\u2019s page<\/a> at amazon.co.uk. I opened it and marveled: we really seem to be doing well, at least much better than I expected. Then again, the amazon sales rank is always a moving target, so tomorrow we could be out of the charts again\u2026 Nonetheless, we want to take this as an opportunity to thank all of the contributors to <em>Encountering Urban Places<\/em> \u2013 and the unknown reviewer who thought that our book proposal sounds promising.<br style=\"clear: both;\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yay!
