  • is practical and down to earth

  • is good with details and routine work

  • works in bursts of energy

Using all combinations of these four dichotomies, the 
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) distinguishes 
16 personality types:
ESTJ, ESTP, ..., INFP.
As clusters of them you can discern 
four temperaments:
xSxP, xSxJ, xNTx, xNFx
