is open to anyone seeking emotional support and to people

their lives. Psychologists, counselors and other mental health

must be aware that they are not acting in a professional
capacity if they do so. The list is not an appropriate medium

3. FTP Sites
=================================================================

A. FedJobs
   -------
FedJobs is up for anonymous FTP. You can subscribe to the
new mailing list address for notification when new files are
added. This will NOT cause you to receive copies of the job
openings files. The primary value of subscribing to FEDJOBS
is that it provides access to a file server that can dispense
various files prepared by the US Federal Government. In
particular, files of job announcements from the Office of
Personnel Management (OPM) are available from this server.
OPM acts as the personnel office and recruitment agency of
the federal government. Agencies needing to hire employees
have OPM advertise the position, collect the applications,
and do the initial screening of the paperwork, forwarding
completed applications on to the hiring agency. Some agencies
and the military recruit directly, but most federal jobs are
listed with OPM.
