Effective immediately, the IPN mailbox has been changed to:

newsletter@fra.psych.nemc.org

Please use this address for all future submissions and
correspondence.

2.   New IPN mailout options: Index only

Some subscribers have reported problems receiving the IPN due to
the Newsletter's size. Starting with the next issue, you may
subscribe to the IPN via an "Index Only" mailing list. This list
will send subscribers the index section of the Newsletter only.
To read the sections of the Newsletter referenced in the index,
subscribers would then have to retrieve the Newsletter on Usenet
or at the Newsletter's WWW site:
http://www1.mhv.net/~grohol/ipnx.htm

Please note that these will be the only methods for retrieving
the rest of the Newsletter. Individual sections will not be
mailed out.

Also note, you must UNSUBSCRIBE from the regular IPN mailing list
as well (otherwise you will receive both the index and the full
issue). To do this send a message to the same address listed
