This World Wide Web server predicts cleavage site positions of submitted protein sequences.

The method is based on an Artifical Neural Network that was learned on human secretory cleavage sites. The sequences that were used for training the network are experimentally verified sequences. Therefore it will be up to the user to judge on non-human cleavage site sequences.
