We have just tested for the settings of your quicktime connection speed, not for your actual network hardware configuration (which we cannot do from here).
If your displayed connection speed does not coincide with your network configuration (say, you have a dsl connection, but the test displayed a slow modem connection), you must adjust your Quicktime settings.
Go to the Quicktime setting panel (in the control panels for Mac until MacOS 9 or in the system setting panels for Windows and MacOS X-platforms) and select your correct connection speed.
Quicktime needs this information to select the right version of a fast start or streaming movie for your computer, if there are so-called alternate movies (optimized for different connection speeds) available.
