2006-2010: Owing to time constraints related to the new responsabilities at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin, I was not regularly involved in teaching during this period. Supervision, Lectureships and continuing education

Supervision and Co-Supervision of ph-D dissertations, master theses and bachelor theses for Freie Universität, Humboldt-Universität and Hochschule Sachsen-Anhalt. Topics include coral reefs and environmental change, systemic education for the Anthropocene, participative monitoring of biodiversity and environmental change, new communication formats for environmental topics (e.g. comics), connectivity of urban biotopes, corals as environmental archives, microplastic in sediments, Teufelsberg formation etc.

Lecture/project cooperation with seminar class at Universität der Künste Berlin (Prof. H. Wagenbreth), Resource Person also for the Global Environments Summer Academy (e.g. here) (coord: Prof. Dr. Gary Martin), the Anthropocene Curriculum at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt, the Lüneburg Leuphana University etc.

Regular and frequent contributions for further education workshops and conferences with teachers, especially around the topics global learning, education for sustainable development and new educational methods for complex topics of the Anthropocene.
