Mittlerweile steht auch das Programm des Treffens. Dichte und Abwechslungsreichtum des Programms zeigen eines ganz deutlich: das Nachwuchsnetzwerk Stadt-Raum-Architektur ist ganz sicher keine kleine Nischenveranstaltung mehr. Leute aus allen Ecken und Enden, aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen und mit reichlich verschiedenen methodischen Interessen. Kurz gesagt: die Initiatorinnen und Initiatoren des Netzwerks und alle, die seitdem zu Organisation und Verbreitung beigetragen haben, haben etwas wirklich dynamisches und für viele wichtiges wissenschaftliches Netzwerk geschaffen, das Rückhalt, Inspiration und Anlass zum sich freuen bietet. Famos, famos!

Danke Lars, wie immer sprichst Du Dinge aus, die andere – wenn überhaupt – nur für sich im stillen Kämmerchen denken. (Forschungspragmatisches, Methodisches wie Berufsalltägliches) Danke, dass Du den Rückhalt, den Du erfährst, an andere weitergibst. Besser wirds nicht, wenn man weiß, dass es anderen genauso geht, aber etwas leichter zu ertragen. Aus Deinen Zeilen schöpfe ich den Mut, für die Forschung zu leben, auch wenn ich (noch nicht) von ihr leben kann. Und es so zu machen, wie ich es für richtig halte, auch, wenn das hin und wieder auf Gegenwehr stößt.

Because of a misconfiguration of the webserver, the video could not be displayed by Firefox and a few other browsers. This is fixed now so you should be able to watch the recording in practically all modern browsers.

(I had to add the video/webm type to the .htaccess file for my subdirectory until the university’s IT department fixes this site-wide.)

Yes, the idea for the name change was to de-link the nickname I use in forums etc. from my more or less official web presence. Since it is obvious who is writing this blog, a nickname doesn’t really make that much sense. ;)

Now, finally, the legal action against Andrej Holm has been stopped. It took three years – regarding the absurd nature of the accusation, this is quite ridiculous. For the people affected by this legal action and the accompanying surveillance, imprisonment, etc. this is a huge and very well deserved relief. More info here: annalist.
