The assistant project manager reports to the Coordinator and to the Scientific Committee. Assisted by a team of young graduates and a number of permanent staff at FUB's Language Institute, he is responsible for the administration of the project. A representative section of partner representatives from the new participating countries will attend the Conference, as will some of the old partners not involved in core activities.
